Although this is a good tool to teach children the names of the fruit of the Spirit, the number of stickers only allows for one full set (9) although there are 18 stickers per page. Of the remaining nine there are 2 self-control, 2 love, 2 faithfulness, one peace, one patience and one gentleness. That means only one goodness, one kindness, and one joy are on each page. I wonder why the manufacturer has done this. Taken as a whole, with 3 pages in each package, one can only make 3 sets although there are 6 extras of grapes(self-control), bananas (faithfulness)and cherries (love). This has been a source of frustration to me.
Perhaps this was my fault, but I assumed there would be an equal number of each of the nine fruits of the Spirit in this package, especially since the total was 54. Nope. Just a random amount of each. We wanted to be able to give each child a complete set of stickers. This doesn't work for that. If it's not for that, I'm not sure what you would use them for, as there are many other "reward" stickers that make so much more sense.
I am not teaching in a Christian school, but because of the design and universal appeal, these were perfect for my third graders to encourage meaningful thought about positive character traits. We love them!!!!
