Tell us a little about yourself. I have been pastoring for over 35 years. My wife and I have 5 children and 10 grandchildren, all of them live close by and are a part of our local church. We have been involved in Christian education since the beginning as well.
What was your motivation behind this project? About 25 years ago, I felt the Lord had writing in my future (I never figured it would be so far in the future!) Now is that season - I feel an emphasis on devotionals and related topics and currently have over ten more books in waiting :)
What do you hope folks will gain from this project? My prayer is that each of these devotional journals will be one of a kind - marking this time in the history of the reader's walk with God; their unique journey with the Lord
How were you personally impacted by working on this project? It has helped me to grow closer in my daily walk and to be more aware of the challenges Christians face every day in this world.
Who are your influences, sources of inspiration or favorite authors / artists? Most of my inspiration comes from the Bible itself. I "grew up" spiritually speaking, with Keith Green's music and the ministry of David Wilkerson, A.W. Tozer, and Leonard Ravenhill
