    Tell us a little about yourself.  I am a pastor in Northern California. I enjoy surfing, running and coaching.

    What was your motivation behind this project?  This book is based on years of study as well as my D.Min. dissertation. Without a doubt, friends are powerful influencers. Yet often we isolate as Christian leaders due to fear of betrayal or the avoidance of dual relationships. This book examines those fears and presents a way to maximize influence while deepening friendships.

    What do you hope folks will gain from this project?  Deeper friendships, greater influence and a more rewarding quality of life.

    How were you personally impacted by working on this project?  It has given me a new philosophy of leadership that is as fundamental as servant leadership.

    Who are your influences, sources of inspiration or favorite authors / artists?  Jerry Cook was a mentor and had a significant impact on my pursuit of this project.
