This is a beautiful written story of a wonderful extremely talented girl, Frances Ridley Havergal, by Lucille Travis. Every page captivated me and made me love not only Frances but her sisters and friends. I can not praise it enough.

I knew of the hymn Havergal had written "There is a green hill far away.."since I was a child, but I never knew anything of her wonderful God filled life. I thank Lucille Travis for this knowledge. I have since sort to read the books Havergal has written and also those books Lucille Travis has narrated. There has clearly been much research undertaken in writing this book. I have been very affected by this story. I wish my friends and many others would read it. Well written Lucille and many thanks from my heart. Havergal's life story has deeply impressed me. Her crown in heaven must be great!
