GET READY FOR A SURPRISE!
You may want to jump and shout when you read the sixth principle for knowing when you have found God's will.
The sixth principle is "Do whatever you want" as long as the first five principles are operating in your life.
Read about all six principles to better understand what the psalmist means when he urges, "Delight thyself also in the Lord; and He shall give thee the desires of thine heart" (Psalm 37:4).

On the first CD the person reading the book sounds cocky and insulting. I don't like the tone of his voice or how he words things. When he made comments that 'seeking God's Will' is "Stupid" and that makes YOU "Stupid" - I decided I didn't have to listen to more. Perhaps the rest is better but to insult me for trying to find God's Will for my life is ridiculous, very insulting and hurtful! My new book hit the trash can! I bought this hoping for some new ideas and for encouragement but you won't find it in this one. Sorry.
LoganNew Zealand5 Stars Out Of 5ExcellentJanuary 19, 2011LoganNew ZealandQuality: 5Value: 4Meets Expectations: 5The question: "how can I know God's will for me?" is a question that is often asked by many a Christian, new or otherwise. This book sets out to explain that God does want you to know His will for you, and how you can know it. MacArthur explores biblical teaching on God's will and in doing so offers a very good scriptural basis, and often covers how to live as a Christian generally.
The book is well structured, and sets out the argument logically in a form that is easy to follow furthering its appeal to new Christians. It is also full of great nuggets that you may end up quoting to friends! I am already looking forward to listening to it again and again. In fact after listening to the audiobook I've ordered it in print.
The narration is excellent, clear and effective intonation makes listening to it easy.
