I am a reader and trust me I read alot. "How to Forgive Ourselves - Totally" is however, the best book I have ever read..and I don't say that lightly. I've taken the truths from the book and daily am remembering to practice these truths. A heavy load has been lifted from my soul and I feel free..and happy. I could sit and talk for hours on why and how this book was needed in my life and why I highly recommend it for all. I've even purchased two copies to give away. Thank you Mr. Kendall for this incredible book!

This book is wonderful! I picked this up at a prayer conference where I received incredible inner healing. This book will help you understand the difference between "true" guilt and "pseudo" guilt. A gret book on how to put the past behind you and to move forward in the power of the Holy Spirit. Loved it!

Thank you, Mr. Kendall, for writing about this subject. I have struggled with guilt for many years. I agree with what the author says, and, although I don't feel "cured", I appreciate his insight that forgiving yourself is not a one-time thing, but needs to be done over and over again. If you struggle with guilt, pick up this book and read it to the end.

I'm still reading it, but I am benefiting greatly from this book. I think it is a must-read because most of us have this problem.

Very good. The fact that the author uses himself in his examples has allowed me to connect more with what he's advising. He's obviously been 'there' and that lends credence to his teaching.
