-T-5 Stars Out Of 5FOREVER STRONG!January 25, 2021-T-What a moving film! Great story that helps demonstrate the destruction and fallout as a result of pride and stubbornness. I love watching films that send a wonderful message to learn from and mirror the habits we don't always catch on our own.
Very good film. Good acting. Great story that shows the value of humility.
violet4 Stars Out Of 5captivatingAugust 4, 2020violetQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5i planned on giving this to one of my children that had requested it, but when i found out i had the wrong movie i was disappointed. But my other child wanted the movie so i gave it readily. Then i saw both of my children watching the movie and being very captivated by it. I walked in the room to ask if the movie was good and both of my kids "shushed" me because i was distracting them. hahaha God is good!!

mj5 Stars Out Of 5inspiring filmDecember 7, 2019mjQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5This was an inspiring, sports-centered movie, produced by a Christian film-maker who didn't want to make another "bible-thumper" movie. While many of the settings may be secular, the themes in this movie are Christian, especially grace, forgivess, repentance and brotherly love. You're not going to "hear" a gospel message in this movie, but you will "see" one being lived out in these players lives as they try to teach these Christan values to a selfish, spoiled rich kid who only thinks of himself. It falls short of being a great "Christian" movie because I don't believe the film-maker was aiming for that, instead, I think he wanted to point to a better way of living through these Christian values (i.e. loving your neighbor) I can see where the message could get misunderstood because this is not a theologically-based movie, but as a whole I believe the film-maker did a great job of telling a "true to life" re-enactment of a great rugby team. If you are struggling with your beliefs then maybe this film isn't for you (I don't believe we should be getting our theology from movies anyway). If you want a highly entertaining and inspiring movie to watch, then I highly recommend watching this one and then go share the good news of God's grace. This may help start the conversation.
