I gave it to a little girl who is just starting to know God and she loves it. She talks about it and reads it.
Very beautiful book.
AngelAge: 25-34Gender: female3 Stars Out Of 5June 20, 2011AngelAge: 25-34Gender: femaleWe did not love this Bible. It was written in first person, which was uncomfortable to read in my opinion. My daughter did not like it either. We were only able to get as far as Ruth before she asked if we could switch back to her old Bible. Neither of us enjoyed the illustrations at all.
I also wouldn't really consider this a "Study Bible". It is really just a Bible storybook.
I did really like that each book of the Bible was represented in this book, since most Bibles for children only showcase the "popular" stories.
I received this book free from Tommy Mommies to read and give an honest review.
