First Grade Thinking Skills and Key Concepts

The Critical Thinking Company's First Grade Thinking Skills and Key Concepts is designed to help students understand description, comparing/contrasting, sequencing, and classification across math, social studies and science content areas. Lessons are sequenced to develop each thinking process and will help improve academic vocabulary while also improving young children's observation and description skills.

This student book is designed to be used with the First Grade Thinking Skills & Key Concepts Teacher's Manual (not included), as the manual includes the instructions to teach the lessons. This book's activities are not designed to be completed independently, but rather are to be used in conjunction with discussion. Lessons take approximately 20-30 minutes.
