I have read countless books for emotional healing. This is by far the best and probably the only one that needs to be read. Unfortunately, the subtitle of the book may turn men away from reading this book. This book is for everyone! For women AND men. Even for those who have not suffered abuse. We all have low points in our lives. This book will guide you through them.

I read this book several years ago, and it gave me a new hope in Christ. I was desperate for changes in my life spiritually, and this book revealed the little things I held from the past that I had to lay on God's altar for forgiveness and cleansing. Now I am searching for deeper things of God so that I can be in His presence daily. Thank you, Mrs. Omartian for obeying God in writing this book.

I find this book ABSOLUTELY one of the BEST!It reaches into the soul and gives step by step guidance to give a person hope and deliverance from emotional pains.
