Tell us a little about yourself. I am a speaker, author and part time pastor at Ocean Hills Covenant church. You can find out more information on my website.

What was your motivation behind this project? When my life fell apart, I had a crisis of faith and learned things about God that I wanted to share with others.

What do you hope folks will gain from this project? Hope, encouragement and a new perspective on their struggle- as well as a deeper appreciation and love for God

How were you personally impacted by working on this project? This represented a new chapter in my writing and my ministry, because all of my former books were for youth and youth workers- more "how to" books. This was more personal, and has led to a new emphasis in my speaking ministry.

Who are your influences, sources of inspiration or favorite authors / artists? Philip Yancey, CS Lewis, and most of all people in the bible who walked dark and confusing times- Joseph, Job, Moses, Abraham, Sarah and others. So much in their stories can give us hope!

Anything else you'd like readers / listeners to know: I am available to speak, and have some clips and testimonials on my website- would love to be available to minister on topics related to the book!
