Lana has created a wonderful book for those curious about homestead life or a beautiful gift to others you know are interested. With a beautiful cover and photos, I found myself slowing down to savor every page. The Homestead How-Tos are inspiring and practical. The recipes are an added bonus! They look delicious. I look forward to trying them. There is a lot of great information here, but it does not feel overwhelming and comes with the grace to try what you want and leave what you do not.
