i liked in the beginning of chapters she shared some ways of how satan tries to attack you. encourage to write prayers down so you can keep record when God answer them. suggested if you are unsure what to pray try gratitude

We wouldn't go to war without a good battle plan, counting the cost and potential casualties that we wish to avoid. I'm in the process of reading and gleaning from this book, but if you liked Priscilla Shirer in War Room, you should read Fervent. Shirer has a special way of putting into words, thoughts and strategies that help open up a whole new way of reaching out in prayer to achieve a depth not yet discovered. Sometimes we are too generalized and not specific enough in prayer. This can help one be specific, know what you really desire as an outcome and project that into your prayer life.
