The Mulligans are off to the jungles of South America to help Mom save some snakes in need of a new home. Jessica, terrified of snakes, is not thrilled to be on this particular mission of mercy, but she soon discovers an effective way to get over her fears: find something even scarier. Like crash-landing in the jungle and having to spend the night with LOTS of creepy crawly sounds all around.
Meanwhile, Nick and Lisa are on their own mission to transport Bob, a big kangaroo, back to the animal park. But they encounter a group of bad guys who have their own plans for the kangaroo: putting him in a boxing ring and charging admission to watch Bob fight some unlucky human.
