Warning: Ugly Cry Book!!! Proceed reading with caution. My eyes are so swollen I can barely see the keyboard so excuse any typos. And you might want to add a pair of sunglasses to your Reader Emergency Kit -- you know, to disguise the reader hangover if you must go out in public any time during the read or for quite some time afterwards.

I love the Bradford sisters! I am so invested in this family I'm about ready to go over there and knock some heads together. That's because Wade has expertly set up Britt's story (at least, I hope that's what she was doing!) As if there wasn't enough angst to go around with Willow and Corbin. But that's why I love these sisters because they are there for each other and aren't afraid to speak the truth while knowing when to back off and be quietly supportive. And they understand chocolate!

"Eat chocolate. Chocolate helps clarify thinking." (p 202)

Which brings me to my second warning: Copious amounts of chocolate may be required as fortification during this read. Have an extra supply on hand.

Now, can we talk Corbin? (the hero who is going to turn you into a chocoholic.) Be still my heart -- and I mean that literally since it's been caterwauling at an outrageous pace since page one. Corbin with his niece. Sigh. Corbin wounded in love. Sigh. Sigh. Corbin who is putty in his niece's hands and makes the greatest sacrifice ever -- contacting ex-girlfriend Willow Bradford. Sigh. Sigh. Sigh! And I'm just getting started.

He has a wicked sense of humour and this book has some of the best flirty banter I've ever read. Drooled over actually. He just can't help himself. And Willow can't either. When Corbin decides he wants Willow in his life again, well, there's no stopping him. He proceeds with the same kind of dogged take-no-enemies approach that made him a football hero. I do believe Corbin might the most romantical of all romance heroes. At least he sets the bar pretty high.

Willow, on the other hand, has been deeply hurt. She knows she needs to forgive, but that would mean letting go of the bitterness that has become the shield that guards her heart. And it's not just Corbin she's mad at. She blames herself as well.

And this is where I need to issue a third warning: copious amounts of tissues will be consumed during this read. Be well stocked before even thinking about opening up this book! I bawled my eyes out over Willow. Her personal story turned me inside out. Hers is an excruciating journey towards understanding that she doesn't have to work at being good enough because Jesus made sure she is enough. Right now. In all her brokenness. Saved and redeemed and reconciled. Such a powerfully moving inspirational love story.

God bless this author for sharing the truth about Jesus in a format that has the power to touch lives and transform hearts while bringing comfort and peace. And that right there is why I keep reading Becky Wade's novels.

This is book 2 (three if you count the prequel) in A Bradford Sisters Romance series. It can be a stand a lone book, you will just miss some history in the Bradford family, but nothing that would keep you from understanding anything in this novel. Yet they are all great so I would recommend reading them all.

Willow Bradford is a beautiful model who is taking care of her families inn. When her ex boyfriend, Corbin, is thrown into her life will she be able to forgive him and maybe herself and find happiness.

I love the sparks between Willow and Corbin. The family dynamics of both of them and all the drama. There is some mystery, romance, history and much more in this book. I always look forward to books by Becky Wade.

Willow Bradford is the oldest of the three Bradford sisters and a professional model. She's taking a break from modeling to manage her family's inn in Washington. Corbin Stewart was a famous NFL quarterback, but a shoulder injury forced him into retirement. He is also in Washington for rehab on the shoulder. Willow and Corbin had a close relationship four years earlier that ended very badly. Willow is not happy that he is living in a neighboring town. His niece, Charlotte, a persuasive twelve-year-old, discovers a family secret regarding a missing great-aunt. She talks Corbin into taking her to meet Willow and then persuades them both to help her find Josephine. Corbin has not stopped loving Willow but she has not forgiven him, nor can she trust herself not to fall for him again. There is much to deal with in their relationship, which is complicated by Corbin's father's health and his dislike of Willow. The mystery aspect of the story was very interesting and provided a believable way for Corbin and Willow to spend time together when Willow was not wanting to. Though this book can be read without reading the prior novel and prequel novella, do yourself a favor and read them first. Becky Wade's books are always a delight to read.

I received a complementary copy of the book without expectation of a positive review. All thoughts are my own.

Becky Wade has done it again! Another incredible contemporary romance novel for the keeper shelf. Falling for You is the 2nd book in the Bradford Sisters series, but can be read as a stand alone novel. Wade is a master of contemporary romance. She weaves together an intriguing story of romance, humor, forgiveness, and suspense as the main characters (Willow and Corbin) work together to solve a decades old mystery of a missing person from Corbin's family. This was one of my two favorite books of 2018. I can't wait until the 3rd book in the series comes out next year.

Ever had your heart broken by someone you love? Have you had your feelings for someone turn from adoration to distrust and dislike? That is what happened to Willow Bradford, a gorgeous model. She let herself love Corbin Stewart, a famous football player and known womanizer. Willow, a Christian, sped through lots of red flags that ordinarily would have caused her to end a relationship. But she ignored all the warnings and continued seeing Corbin. Willow believed it would different in their case because they were truly in love. That is until he abandoned her during a crisis situation. Afterwards, he made everything worse while giving a television interview.

Since Corbin let Willow down, she has tried her best not to be around him. Willow has spent years avoiding Corbin and keeping her distance from him. Now while helping her parents with their business, Willow is unhappy to discover she is living very close to him. Worse yet, she promised to help a little girl named Charlotte find answers to a modern-day mystery. Willow did not understand that helping Charlotte would cause her to be in frequent contact with Corbin.

Should Willow abandon Charlotte so she can stay away from Corbin? Will Willow be able to guard herself so she is not heartbroken by Corbin again? Can Corbin be trusted at all, or is he just wanting to add another conquest to his list?

I have the pleasure of reading many good storiessome are great. Falling for You is in the last category, it is a great tale told from a Christian viewpoint. I encourage you to read this 5-star book. It is a story of sin, guilt, rejection, and forgiveness all played out by a beautiful model and a fabulously-rich football star. On the surface this might sound like just another romance, featuring two beautiful people that have love problems. It might be thought ordinary people with real life problems would not relate to this book. But think again. You will identify with these characters, this story will pull you in, and it will be hard to it put down. This is the second installment in the Bradford Sisters Romance Series, but this tale stands on its own. I highly recommend this tale to fans of romance, mystery or well-written fiction.
