    Author Bio

Jacob Grimm (1785-1863) and Wilhelm Grimm (1786- 1859) spent most of their childhood exploring the forests and old castles surrounding their home. Though both brothers worked as librarians and academics, their real love was collecting folk tales of their native Germany. Cornelia Funke (introducer) is the award-winning author of the Inkheart trilogy.
