This book really reviews and makes aware not just to us as women the application of our lives, and how we handle, focus, and juggle to meet the needs of ourselves if we do it right and everyone else that we love..by KEEPING GOD FIRST AND FOREMOST and LOVING AND APPREICATING OURSELVES. We must know the purpose of our creation and how to embrace it- this book covers it ALL.. This book was written by a A woman that truly reveals and walks in the fabric God put her in...A spiritual leader, and mother. Along w her husband has thousands of Spiritual sons & daughters and I have never felt a slight, or indifference in the 10 years that I have known her. I love you Ps. Pam..Ora Brown/CFFC Zion, IL

This book is well written, plain talk so that anyone can understand it but not talking down either. The author has her subjects well thought out and detailed in an organized manner. She has some excellent gems that make her point without belabouring the idea. Her examples are relavent to all women no matter their race or financial standing. She has obviously made women's ministry a loved profession and allows God to lead her in her writings. This book revolves around looking after ourselves in order that we may look after our families and businesses without becoming worn out and thereby ineffectual in all areas. She has divided the book into how to's for our physical body, our soul, and our spirit. She has used the Bible to bring authority to her ideas without being preachy. She has left the Proverbs 31 woman until the last chapter, which I think is a marvelous departure from most Christian women's how-to self-help books. Rather than say this is the ultimate women, become like her; she has said this is how to transform yourself, now you can be like the ultimate biblical woman. A totally different emphasis and definitely not such a discouraging one. We really do need to invest in ourselves if we are to have the fruit of the Spirit shine through our lives to the benefit of our families, our businesses, and our communities. If you are interested in an easy to read but full of wise advice and information on how to allow God to help transform you into the woman He has envisaged, I highly recommend this book.
