cmk5 Stars Out Of 5happy we purchased this!October 30, 2015cmkQuality: 4Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5We started our first module without this item, and saw a great attitude adjustment after purchasing it - for both mom and daughter :) The reader has a pleasant voice, reads at a much better pace then I had been previously when helping our student. It sounds like someone who is knowledgeable about the subject material and that comes through as you listen. The added bonus of hearing words pronounced correctly when the topics are new to you is worth the purchase of the product. We are very glad to have made this part of how we do science this year - listen and follow along in the book. It may just stay how we do science for years to come!

Hearing pronunciation of the scientific words is one reason I bought it for her, but she also enjoyed listening to this Audio as part of her study routine as it helped to keep her motivated.

The reader has a very pleasant voice. This tool saves me time and helps the student to work efficiently and independently.
shell7Age: 35-44Gender: female5 Stars Out Of 5This has been helpful for homeschooling.October 13, 2010shell7Age: 35-44Gender: femaleQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5My student works better with another person. When I can't be there to go over the information with my student, I let him listen to the audio while he reads along. This puts the student in command of the work, gives him the responsibility of completing it, and provides a way for him to keep working on a task until he finishes it. If there are several children in the homeschooling environment, the recording could be used in another room while the teacher works with other children.
Staci Davis5 Stars Out Of 5November 8, 2009Staci DavisWe have used Ecploring Creation curriculum for several children and courses and really like it. This year my student is dyslexic so I bought the CD. It is a great tool. He is studying on his own! I would suggest this for anyone with reading difficulties. Makes my job of schooling 6 different grade levels a little easier. We'll see in a few years how it works for the dyslexic ADHD kid.
