We have been through up to 2 1/2 & both my kids love this! some of the pictures are hard to make out BUT you get a set of words to review & then it's easy! I go ahead & purchase the "1/2" books just for extra practice. I usually wait for them to go on sale so they are extremely affordable too! My 6 & 5 year olds are reading great & they can do this on their own!

This maybe my favorite homeschool curriculum primarily because its one that my boys can do on their own.

I am a little late getting this review in. I used this and the other levels of this curricula for my daughter starting when I took her out of public school in the 3rd grade. She is now a senior. She enjoyed them and learned what she should have learned in school. She has always been a good reader but had trouble spelling which is why I purchased this for her. I guess you could say it worked because now she points out all my mistakes haha! This was not available when I was in school and I did not learn phonics. I am thankful this was available for her and she learned what I didn't. I would and have recommended it many times!

I use these along with alphaphonics and usborne readers and it is an excellent combination for my kindergartener. These are so helpful and fun for her.
