The grief journey is not easy; however, reading this book and learning the dynamics of it is very helpful. You learn that what your are experiencing emotionally is not strange but normal for this process. It explains in simple terms that grief is more than crying after the death of your loved one. Highly recommend it.

Purchased my first copy in 2008. I found it to be very helpful in processing my grief. I've used it in a guided grief group of Christian women. We found it very helpful. I continue to purchase extra copies to give to family and friends following the loss of a loved one. H Norman Wright's publications are very helpful!

While this is a quick read, it is a wonderful Biblical counsel for those experiencing the loss of a loved one. I found it to be a great help in processing the grieving when I lost my wife. I keep copies of this book on hand to pass out to others who have lost a loved one.
