A lot of liberties were taken with the story line of this movie. Biblical accuracy I would rate as zero. For instance, when Moses is chasing some sheep up "God's mountain" there was heavy rain, a mud and rockslide that breaks his leg and knocks him out. When he comes to lying in the midst of a large mud puddle, suddenly a bush bursts into flames and God appears as a bratty little boy. Then the plagues appear before Moses and Aaron go see Pharoh. It goes downhill after that. I will say that theatrically it was well done and the special effects were really good. But that is giving too much praise to this production.
