My little one is so in love with rescuing animals, and even though the kit is designed for kids as young as 3, even my 3rd grader is constantly playing vet. The bottles and tubes come empty , but can hold liquids so just watch out they dont fill it with Koolaid and squirt it everywhere. :)

I gave this set to my granddaughter for her 4th birthday, and she immediately wanted to play with it. She loved all the accessories, and I'm so glad this set included the cat and dog stuffed animals. She plays with them separately as well as doctors them. I have seen her talking away to the animals as she systematically uses each item in the set to make them well. It's a lot of fun for her.
