Tell us a little about yourself. I have been married to my dear husband for 34 years. We recently finished 18 years of homeschooling 3 daughters. I have been a Classical Conversations Challenge tutor and will be teaching at our area hybrid school in the fall.
What was your motivation behind this project? After 18 years of homeschooling 3 daughters, I want to encourage and help other moms.
What do you hope folks will gain from this project? I hope that moms who are starting out on their homeschooling journey will realize that they can homeschool successfully. I hope that they will feel equipped and encouraged.
How were you personally impacted by working on this project? Through this project i have been blessed to connect with many homeschoolers across the country. I realize the importance of encouragement and support.
Anything else you'd like readers / listeners to know: Homeschooling may not be for everyone, but I wish everyone had the chance to give it a try. I praise God that He gave me the opportunity to teach my daughters at home and that He gave me the words to write our story.
