A classic updated for today! This book is a great reference book to almost every question of believes and skeptics. Josh and Sean do a wonderful job with this apologetic masterpiece. Whether you are reading to strengthen your faith or have questions about the truth of Christianity, you will find answers here. Biblical faith is always evidence based, and Josh and Sean not only present the most up to date evidence, they also answer almost every objection known to Christianity. Highly recommended in this day of skepticism and denial of truth. Take the time to read. As the title says, the evidence presented demands a verdict. This is a must on every bookshelf.

One of my favorite aspects of Evidence That Demands a Verdict is its honest treatment of the evidence available. Josh and Sean have done a great job at avoiding the trap of many apologists to overstate the case for the Christian faith. This is especially true in the chapters regarding the archaeological evidence for the OT. Rather than hurting the case for Christianity, academic honesty such as Josh and Sean have shown, helps to show us as scholars seeking the truth, following the evidence wherever it goes. This gives Christianity more credibility as a belief that corresponds with reality and not just a belief to be accepted upon blind faith.

This is an excellent resource to have on hand. It's useful in all settings. I reccomend that you get this book. You never know when you will have to defend what you believe and why. This is great to have on hand!!

This is a book to have at all times

I am almost finished with this book, and may read again. Defending my faith ranks high on my priority list! This book achieves that. The material is useful.
