Over the years, she has worked at AIIMS, Sitaram Bharatiya Research Institute and the Diabetes Foundation. She currently consults at PSRI Hospital, New Delhi, and the Heinz Nutri Life Clinic, New Delhi, which offers free consultancy. Neelanjana has also taught Nutrition at the University of Delhi for more than seven years. Neelanjana has been a weekly health columnist for The Indian Express for over three years and regularly contributes to several national dailies such as The Hindustan Times, Mail Today and The Pioneer on matters related to diet and health. In the past, she has run a free health portal for several years, which featured some of India?s leading medical experts offering free advice. She has also been associated with the WHO as part of their committees and projects on nutrition and health. She serves on the advisory board of some of the top websites on health and nutrition, including BabyCentre. Neelanjana is the Joint Secretary of the Indian Dietetics Association, Delhi Chapter.
