I am reviewing the first five chapters of the book that I received from the publisher. Bob writes like youre sitting down with him having a conversation. Its easy to read, humorous and packed with simple truths that we often over-complicate. This book challenged me to think about the way I love people; not just the nice ones, but the creepy and difficult ones. I had several moments while reading the first few chapters where I was convicted in how Ive loved people. I either avoid them altogether out of fear, or I love others with an agenda; both are not loving like Jesus. This thought from Bob was illuminating to me - Its not up to me to tell others how to live but to tell them who they are and then to leave it up to God to work in their lives. Seems so simple, but oh, how we overcomplicate it! Bob hit the nail on the head in this book and is a must read for everyone who calls themselves a Christ-follower. This book leaves me with a singular goal: to simply love like Jesus loves - Everybody, Always.

    I love this book!

Bob Goff knows how to Love people well. He is such a great storyteller as he shares his life stories and how he has learned to show love to everyone he meets.

He has inspired me to be better at Loving as Jesus taught us to regardless of where the person is in their life.

We are all blessed in so many ways so why is it so hard to just go give back? Why do we love only the people who are easy to love? We all need to open our hearts to love Everyone Alwaysnot just those we decide are in our comfort zone.

This book is one everyone should read!!

This book is Bob Goff GOLD. It is a treasure trove overflowing with little nuggets of truth and love. In his usual quirky and hilarious fashion, Bob draws you in, sets you a seat at his table, and changes your heart for good. He shows you how to love like Jesus in the mundane and everyday. Just reading these first 5 chapters inspired my heart to be a better person. By the end of this book you will feel as though you too are loved and chosen and a friend of Bob's.

I finished reading the first five-chapters of Everybody, Always: Becoming Love in a World Full of Setbacks and Difficult People, by Bob Goff. This preview left me wanting more! I love Bob Goff's writing style: friendly, conversational, and blended with humor. He writes about the importance of loving people, not just those we know; but as Christians, God's love freely flowing from our hearts into everyone we meet. Doing life graciously with everyone, extravagantly loving them with the same extravagant love God gives me. Love that has no agenda or tries to fix people, but only to love. Bob Goff shares personal stories of living out this kind of love in his own life.

Reading this preview gave me a hunger to read the rest of Everybody, Always. But even more so, this is my desire and hope to live life out loud: extravagantly, lavishly, holding nothing back kind of love; love that flows in, over, and through everyone I meet. And in those meetings, they would see and meet Jesus.

I highly recommend Everybody, Always. I'm so excited to finish this book!

*I received an Advanced Reader's five-chapter preview Copy of Everybody, Always from the publisher. The opinion stated is my own. I have not been compensated in any way.*
