My first candle was defective, but I called and they sent a replacement immediately and I returned the candle that wouldn't turn off, back to them. The second candle is beautiful and works wonderfully. I love the movement of the fame and the candle being of wax. If you are thinking about buying a timer candle, you can't go wrong with this one! Love it!!!
