I've owned many different study Bibles, but never had the ESV. i am enjoying it!

Wayne Grudem is involved with the ESV and I value his attention to meaningful exegesis and clarity. The notes in this student version are very good, without being overwhelming for the newer Christian and seeker.
Additionally, it reflects a Scriptural understanding that I am comfortable with. I am confident that the prisoners I have provided with these bibles will be well-served with them, until they can grow into the regular ESV Study Bible.
