I got my own ESV study bible as a gift over a year ago, have almost finished reading it cover to cover and since then have purchased one for my mother, father, close friend leaving for college and girlfriend. I strongly doubt it will be my last. I like the one I ordered from here because it was cheaper than my local Christian bookstore and it came with my girlfriends name inscribed on it for 5 dollars more. She LOVED it. I strongly recommend the ESV Study Bible to everyone! It has such amazing commentary that really helps you get more out of your daily devotional.

Amazing Bible, bought it for my brother for Christmas, and he loves it. Monogramming is a nice touch, too!

This is an excellent study bible. There is so much information at your fingertips just begging to be read. I can't believe I've went the past 20 years of my life without a study bible this in depth!

I had been looking for an ESV study Bible that is a soft cover, not the hard cover. I LOVE this one. It feels good, is small enough for me to carry to church and I enjoy having the study helps in one place.

This is an excellent bible. It is small enough to take anywhere, but the print is not so small that you need glasses. The cross references in the margins are a little small and you may need a magnifier. If you have really bad eyes, I would pick an ESV with larger print, but if you have 20/40 or so, no problem at all. I like the fact that so many people contributed to the footnotes. This is not one person's opinion on scripture. I find the plethora of cross referencing very helpful. In the middle of this bible is "The Time Between the Testaments" and so much more. It is so helpful and fun to read. The maps and the mass of additional information found in this "small" bible is incredible. I would definitely recommend this bible!
