Esther: It's Tough Being a Woman Audio CDs by Beth Moore contain the audio portion (10 CDs) of the teaching segments in this detailed women's Bible study of the book of Esther. The set comes in a CD-size zipper case and a PDF of the listening guide is included on the first CD. Great for extended groups, catch-up sessions, visually impaired participants, or leader/participant personal review.
Join Beth Moore in an in-depth and very personal examination of this great Old Testament story of threat and deliverance. She peels back the layers of history and shows how very contemporary and applicable the story of Esther is to our lives. If you've ever felt inadequate, threatened, or pushed into situations that seemed overpowering, this is the Bible study for you. Just as it was tough being a woman in Esther's day, it's tough today. This portion of God's Word contains treasures to aid us in our hurried, harried, and pressured lives.
Is a writer and teacher of best selling books and Bible studies whose public speaking engagements carry her all over the United States. A dedicated wife and mother of two adult daughters, Moore lives in Houston, Texas, where she is president and founder of Living Proof Ministries.
Going up against heavyweights bent on her destruction, Esther trusted God and landed a blow that saved her people. The Old Testament story of Esther is a profile in courage and contains many modern parallels for today's woman. Esther's destiny can be yours as you know more deeply the God who is in your corner.

What could have easily been a 4-6 week study was dragged out by alot of conjecture and fluff. I wish Beth would have stuck to the actual Biblical facts and not wrote alot of meaningless personal ideas. Several of her last studies have been disappointing. I would like to see her get back to the in-depth meaty studies she started out with and not waste women's time with fluff and nonsense.
