Product Description

What are the marks of a truly mature Christian? The apostle Peter spoke of knowledge, self-control, endurance, godliness, brotherly kindness, and love. We all aspire to these characteristics---but are they truly attainable? In 13 encouraging 35-minute sessions, Bob Jones University dean of students Jim Berg shows how every believer can embody these virtues---with God's help. Two DVDs.

By far, one of the best books I have EVER read. As pastor, I read many, but this one has so tremendously changed my life because in practical terms, Jim shows you how all of these virtues work together to make you more like Christ. You will not be discouraged as you read this, however, you might become overly aware of how much you are deficient in these areas, and that can only be corrected through the power of Christ and His finished work on the cross.
