Bought this for my 6-year-old because it seemed very colorful and fun to assist with learning. I quickly changed my mind after getting through the first few lessons as it is very cartoonish and doesn't really hit home on the seriousness of the subject. The teacher's guide has quite a few helpful supplemental lessons but being as that alone is $40 at the very expensive edition to this. We found the BJU A Father's care curriculum second hand and enjoy that way way more.

By far this is one that I really enjoy my son doing. It makes him read God's word write and helps him memorize Gods word more. Its fun and over all easy book to do for a seven year old with some assistance in reading. We are causing through it fast and I hope to find more like it . No regrets at all. Great quality as well very creative and so good for learning
