English Grammar Skills Full Course Kit

The English: Grammar Skills course from Paradigm Accelerated Curriculum (PAC) develops language arts skills through a focus on the parts of speech, grammar, and strong writing skills. This course was designed to help students who've been identified as exhibiting weak composition skills; it's recommended for use as a grade 8 remedial language arts curriculum.

Five text books feature the readings for the course. Together they cover eight parts of speech, grammar, and writing skills; every grammar rule or part of speech is illustrated twice with sentences drawn from the vignette.

The five activity books correspond to each text, and include fill-in-the-blank, true/false, multiple choice, and matching type questions that test the student's knowledge of the concepts and Life Principles taught in the texts.

The loose-leaf teacher's guide contains the student texts' table of contents, activity answer keys, section quizzes, chapter tests, quiz answer keys, chapter test answer keys, and supplemental administrative resources. Pages are three-hole-punched. An access card to downloadable content is also included.
