For example the first thing she talks about is perspective. It shows how she went out on a hike that she didn't truly want to go on but she did for her friend and the whole time she is on the walk she kept thinking these negative thoughts and complaining to herself - then almost to the top she is reminded about the surroundings and how GOD in HIS infinite Glory made the sky, mountain, flowers, the skyline, everywhere she looked and she was just taken aback and realized just how her perspective was askew and she didn't have her mind on the LORD but on herself., This is just a little snippet of the book - that is the first two pages - it goes deeper and uses Scripture which is something I insist that books like this have to have - and so should you - but this is a great book. I received a copy of this book from Netgalley in exchange for an honest review.
