n0t0fth1s34rth4 Stars Out Of 5May 31, 2008n0t0fth1s34rthI understand what Corey wrote, but my take on it was less of a cliffhanger for issue one, more of a going for complete stories in each issue. I think the series is having a tough time finding an audience, though, so Corey might have hit it on the head. My kids (4 and 6) love looking at the pictures, though. Very little actual Christian content, but interesting stories, and by issue 4 I'll bet that there is a great payoff.
Corey Bramlett2 Stars Out Of 5May 29, 2008Corey BramlettI have to admit that I'm just disappointed with this book. Book one left off with what appeared to be a cliff hanger, plus some conflict between the main characters. This one, ignores where book one left off, the main characters have made the most of their differences reacting well to each other. As the description reads the main characters are now adept at using coupler technology, we were not even introduced to it in book 1 and now they have it all figured out.I feel like I missed book 1.5 that explained more. Kind of waiting for book 3 before giving up on this series, I'm hoping that book three doesn't need a book 2.5
