Tell us a little about yourself. I've been married to Susan since 1985. We have two daughters, Melody and Meagan. Our family lives in Monument, Colorado and enjoys all the outdoor activities afforded by living on the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains.
I serve Tri-Lakes Chapel as Senior Pastor, and work with the world's greatest elders and staff!
What was your motivation behind this project? To show how "ordinary" people can live extraordinary lives.
What do you hope folks will gain from this project? A sense of purpose that will allow them to reach the end of life without regrets.
Who are your influences, sources of inspiration or favorite authors / artists? C.S. Lewis had that rare ability to write about profound things in a simple way. Through both fiction and non-fiction his influence will last as long as books are needed! Richard Foster, Thomas Merton, John Ortberg, Phillip Yancey and Ken Gire have all been big influences on my life.
Anything else you'd like readers / listeners to know: Making a difference with our lives is more the result of thousands of small daily acts of service than of any grand, sweeping acccomplishment.
