my son loves this series and finished it in mess than a week. Great story line and kept his attention.

This book was not at all what I thought it would be... and I like it for that very reason. With this book comes the end of "The Lost Books" series. As I kept devouring my way through the chapters, I found myself wondering when things were going to start wrapping up. But Dekker, as usual, does things his own way. I definitely wouldn't have encouraged him to write this book the way he did. Nope, not at all. But isn't the wild and different the whole point of the entire "Circle" world? Time is irrelevant; the supernatural becomes the natural; and the end is the beginning.

This is not my kind of book at all, however, I have not been able to put this book nor the rest of the series down. Ted Dekker has a way in all of his books (that I have read so far) of holding you until you final find out how the story is going to end. GREAT WRITER..

The first few books of this series where pretty good, but this last one got strange. The whole book was basically about a guy being possesed by a vampire. It was so messed up this evil being controlled him. Very strange. I put up with it for a little while, but it just got too weird. I just couldn't put up with it anymore so I just put the book down. It would have been a great series but when it comes to people getting possessed by evil vampires that goes too far. It was just a messed up book. It got way too intense. I say intense in a bad way.
