Amanda3 Stars Out Of 5Good curriculum but...August 24, 2017AmandaQuality: 4Value: 5Meets Expectations: 4My kids and I love this curriculum, but buying the reproducible book to use for my kids is pointless unless I want to fight with it trying to make copies. I can't figure out why not just put it on a spiral or binding easier to flip to make copies of?
I still wound up buying the student workbooks bc its easier. Please put the books you can make copies of on a spiral so we aren't fighting with the book and printer.
Giving it an overall 3 bc this curriculum has been around a while (since I was in High School at least). It can be easily fixed.

My 6th grader has not had a significant amount of grammar so this book is a bit beyond his skill, but it is good to reach higher sometimes! I am pleased that I will be able to help him with his grammar and English skills and this textbook/workbook seems to be a good way to start.
Gwen Eiland5 Stars Out Of 5August 19, 2010Gwen EilandI used Easy Grammar Grade 5 and thought it was great. So it was a given to use Grade 6 for Grammar. It's easy to teach grammar with this book. I looked at other curriculum and this is a lot better.
Marcia Lehman5 Stars Out Of 5September 8, 2009Marcia LehmanWe've only been using this for a few weeks but so far so good. It's pretty self explanatory for both the student and teacher.
Patti Caro5 Stars Out Of 5April 29, 2009Patti CaroThis book has been a God send. My daughter hates English, and grammar in particular. Every other curriculum we have used has been too hard to understand, didn't have enough practice, and didn't continue to build upon the information learned previously. This curriculum answers all of these issues. Each lesson builds upon the last, has plenty of practice, and is very easy to understand. I've also had a problem with parsing sentences all of my life, and now I understand the parts of speech better than ever. I would highly suggest this series for anyone who really wants to understand grammar.
