Gary Gardner is a veteran analyst and educator of global sustainability issues and solutions. He is currently a senior research consultant with GreenFaith and has served as the Director of Research at the Worldwatch Institute. He is the author of Inspiring Progress: Religions' Contributions to Sustainable Development (W.W. Norton) and has also spoken extensively at environmental and religious for a, including conferences sponsored by the Vatican. He lives in Washington, DC.
