John Franklin, nationally known speaker on prayer and spiritual awakening, challenges us to a more rewarding and better prayer life in his book "30 Days to a More Dynamic Prayer Life." Franklin guides us through a 30 day study on developing a deeper relationship with God. The training exercises are organized into seven themes and are used as a pattern for prayer. Through a daily prayer time, God teaches us about His character and His attributes and trains us for His kingdom.
By following the guide, we are challenged and equipped to connect with God in a powerful way and will be able to lead and teach others to pray. There's no better way to use our time than improving our prayer life. The best feature of Franklin's book is that once it is completed we have a resource that can be used over and over again to continue building on our relationship with God.
The book is designed to be used as a personal and small group study; however, it seems more suited to personal, private reflection. There is a guide for using with small groups in the "How to Use This Book" section at the beginning.
