Danette Joy Crawford is a powerful evangelist with a refreshing message of hope and encouragement. At the age of nineteen, she started ministering as a youth pastor and, by age twenty-one, was traveling as an evangelist. Since that time, she has been teaching and preaching the Word of God and traveling nationally and internationally as a requested speaker. She has seen thousands of people receive physical miracles, receive deliverance from addictions, and be set free from emotional baggage. She serves as the president of Joy Ministries Evangelistic Association, which she founded in 1989. This ministry offers more than a handout-it gives a "hand up" to those in need. Each year, multiple thousands of people are reached through over twenty different outreach programs of Joy Ministries. From summer reading camps in subsidized housing neighborhoods to back-to-work programs for single mothers, Danette not only preaches the gospel but also does the gospel, meeting the material, physical, and spiritual needs of many people.
