Author Bio

Vinny Flynn is Executive Director of MercySong Ministries of Healing. Known to many as "the man who sings the Divine Mercy Chaplet on EWTN," this father of seven has been involved in a ministry of mercy for over forty-five years, using his gifts of teaching, writing, counseling, music, and prayer to help people understand the teachings of the Church and open their hearts to the healing touch of God’s love.
A teacher and counselor for fourteen years, Vinny experienced first-hand how much mercy and healing is needed in the world. Feeling called to respond to this need, he began using his gifts in full-time religious ministry, singing and speaking at conferences and prayer gatherings.
As Executive Editor at the Marian Helpers Center for many years and then General Manager of Divine Mercy International, Vinny was actively involved in spreading the message of Divine Mercy. Together with two of the most respected Divine Mercy experts in the world, Fr. Seraphim Michalenko, MIC, and Fr. George Kosicki,  CSB, Vinny rounded out the team that trained many people now speaking and writing about Divine Mercy.
Co-author of The Divine Mercy Message and Devotion and Now is the Time for Mercy, Vinny also helped edit the official English edition of the Diary of St. Faustina and has published articles in various Catholic periodicals, including Catholic Digest, Legatus, Queen, Columbia, Marian Helper, and The Friends of Mercy Newsletter. His best-selling books include 7 Secrets of the Eucharist, 21 Ways to Worship,
7 Secrets of Confession, 7 Secrets of  Divine Mercy
, and Mercy’s Gaze.

Vinny lives with his wife Donna in Massachusetts and travels frequently to speak at conferences and retreats. All seven of their children have been active in Catholic ministry, and several of their thirty grandchildren have already begun to participate as well.

Brian Kennelly is the author of several novels, including Two Statues, To the Heights: A Novel Based on the Life of Blessed Pier Giorgio Frassati, and The Island of Two Trees. He is also the co-author of Divine Mercy for Children: A Tour of the Museum of Mercy, and the co-writer of the Marian documentary, Queen of Heaven. He lives in Charlotte, NC with his wife and four children.
