This four-booklet series contains 31 lessons. Each lesson guides children on a faith-building journey with five international friends who learn biblical principles like self-esteem, identity, love, affection, interpersonal relationships, respect, environmental responsibility, and commitment. Lessons include a Bible story followed by thought-provoking questions. Interactive exercises, activities, a prayer, and more are included in each lesson. At the end of Book 3, children are encouraged to become “Philips” and reach their friends for Jesus. Book 4 is intended for discipling older children and those who may like to lead a Project Philip for Children group. Since Lesson 2 in Book 4 contains sensitive material about trauma, leaders are advised to review the lesson before using it with their group.
