i just finished this book. I read a chapter of Daniel in my Bible, then read the corresponding chapter in the book. What a wealth of knowledge Amir has. I love all the history he explains in his books. It helps to understand the time and the culture when Daniel was writing

I love Amir's sense of humor. I took a Bible Study course years ago on Daniel. I learned far more and now understand more after reading Amir's book "Discovering Daniel." I'm anxious for anymore books like this, Amir. Already read" Revealing Revelation" and loved that too; bought one for my granddaughter

Amir Tsarfati knows Jewish History both from a Biblically historical perspective and from the natural historical perspective and he weaves these together to give an interesting insight into the life of Daniel. But then he carries it further into the prophetic words of Daniel for the future of our world and particularly the Israelites. Using his knowledge and his unique humor at times, this is an excellent study which will keep you engaged to the end. I highly recommend using the companion workbook for those who are truly students of the Bible and desire to go deeper into what God is saying to His people today.

Our men's group is using this study guide for our small group, and it is exciting and very helpful for everyone, including myself, leading that group. It is a book I have wanted to teach for a long time, and now the time is right. Amir and Rick are wonderful teachers, and the Deep things of God flow like a river in our study with the help of this book.
