HeidiMarie5 Stars Out Of 5Amazing StudyFebruary 13, 2017HeidiMarieQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5"Discipling as Jesus Discipled" is a workbook by Dann Spader and published by Moody Publishers. It aims to make disciples who will go out and make disciples who will, in turn, make more disciples.
Spader uses this workbook to teach Christians how to create disciples who make disciples. The focus is all about relationships, with each other and with non-Christians (or future disciples). When Jesus made disciples, he loved them and cared for them, he maintained relationships. This is how we should be discipling, too.
This is a workbook designed for a 10-12 week small group study. Unfortunately, since I received this for review, I just worked through it quickly on my own. I think that it would be much more beneficial to go through this workbook in a group study and be able to have discussions about the content.
I would love to go through this again in a group study in the future. The questions are very challenging and thought provoking. I highly recommend this for a small group Bible study.

Even after I read through it, scanned the pages, and started the workbook, I'm still wading through it. I'm not a pastor, a bible study/school teacher, nor a missionary so I find these lessons to be difficult, but that is the way with learning.
The one thing I would suggest is that this book be used in a group or with a study-buddy. The questions are extremely challenging and designed to make the reader dig deeper into his or herself to find answer. Each portion gives an insight into the Bible, most times something that has never before been acknowledged.
As I learned and delve into the book, I find myself growing stronger in my faith and what it really means to follow Jesus.
I definitely recommend this book to all Christians, youth groups, bible study groups, and training workshops, etc.
