Mark1 Stars Out Of 5May 11, 2009MarkGreat story, but too much bad language for a Christian book.
First Baptist Church1 Stars Out Of 5May 5, 2009First Baptist ChurchI was very disappointed in the language of this book, good story but it is not something we want on the church library shelves. I am returning it. Good story but needs cleaning up.
Deana Hansler3 Stars Out Of 5January 21, 2009Deana HanslerThis book is not for everyone as it does contain swearing and a depressing subject matter that some may find offensive, but if you enjoy reading a book with a surprise twist then this may be for you.I found it to be intriguing and wanted to keep reading to see if the resolution was what I expected. The beginning pulls you in, the middle is a bit tedious, and the end is a surprise, so it is worth reading through the slower sections. The author's give much attention to detail, as one would expect from a crime novel, and the voice of the novel is a bit confusing at first, but it is a good read it you hang in there.
Trula Pennington4 Stars Out Of 5January 21, 2009Trula PenningtonI was completely absorbed in the book from start to finish. I hope Stephen Baldwin will write more terrific Christian novels. I will buy them all.
