Tell us a little about yourself. I've writen and published sixteen books to date and contritbute to various online sites and magazines...however, my real love is writing devotionals straight from my heart for God.
What was your motivation behind this project? Love of God...nothing more nothing less.
What do you hope folks will gain from this project? My books all have a common denominator...Love of God. The passion I feel for Him is incorporated into every word I write. It is my hope that my readers will be touched and feel as inspired as I am about Him.
How were you personally impacted by working on this project? I felt God wanted me to share stories and so He gave me the gift of writing to be able to do so. It is a blessing to be able to sit down and be solely motivated by the love of God.
Who are your influences, sources of inspiration or favorite authors / artists? My number one inspiration is my Lord and Savior above all else. Second, my parents who started me off in life with wholesome principles, and a belief in God. My precious dad has since passed away... but I rejoice knowing I'll meet him again one day.
As for the last part of the question, that's difficult to pin down. There are so many authors and artists, too long to categorically outline. But, there are two artists/movie producers/writers that come to mind immediately. The first is Jefferson Moore --all of his movies are phenomenal, and uplifting. And the second is David Weese, his movies and writing is amazing and outstanding.
Anything else you'd like readers / listeners to know: Be kind and gentle to all you encounter, words make a difference both ways. You can either impact a person by inspiring them in a powerful way. Ostensibly, words can denigrate a soul, leaving them bereft. Opt for the former and choose your words carefully, it can make all the difference in the world.
