Most of us, like people in the Bible, have some wrong emotions at some time. Moses in anger disobeyed God and smote the rock. Samson, mighty judge of Israel, was in love with Delilah, a Philistine harlot. Elijah was depressed. Saul was jealous. Pilate feared the people. The problem with those people and with us is that emotions are so powerful that we have a tendency to follow them--often to disaster! Why God made themWhat has happened to themWhere they are located
To understand how to deal with wrong emotions, we must first learn:
The example of great men and women of the Bible who have experienced victory in this area was that they never allowed the emotions to take precedence over the mind and the will.
