Justin Chevrier5 Stars Out Of 5July 15, 2010Justin ChevrierDayuma, Life under Waorani Spears is a Story of a missionary determined to tell the good news to the Small Waorani Tribe in the Ecuadorian Jungle. The Waorani, or Auca to the outside world, were notorious for spearing anyone who tried to come near, but God put it on the heart of one woman named Rachel Saint to reach out and show his light to these lost people, even after they killed someone very close to Rachel. She was determined with God, to translate the Bible into Auca. The Story is about the obstacles in both her and Dayumas way, and through God, anything can happen. It is truly amazing what God can do through the lives people such as Dayuma, who has gone through so much pain and suffering, especially when it is normal to spear people to death. It is inspiring and shows the if God wills anything, it will happen. This book is a testament to Gods power and compassion for everybody in the world.
