The book is divided into two parts. Part I describes the Daniel Fast and its goals, with chapters entitled Get Ready, Your Body Image and Who You Are in Christ, and Ten Habits for Healthy Living, to name a few. Part II contains recipes and a twenty-one day devotional to feed both your body and your spirit. This is a lovely book. I would recommend it to anyone who is serious about both their spiritual and physical health.
